How Agent Breaker works

An AI guards a phrase. Players try to make it say it. Play for a growing bounty, or create a challenge and earn a share of the attempts.

A challenge with a bounty

Imagine an AI instructed to never say “purple pineapple.” Someone puts up a bounty for the first player who can get those words into its reply. Can you find the right approach?

Each challenge is called a market. It has a public set of instructions for the AI, a target phrase, a bounty, and a price per message. Everyone can read the challenge before deciding to take part.

Play to win the bounty

  1. Pick a challenge. Read the AI’s instructions and the phrase you need it to say.
  2. Try your approach. Connect your wallet, check the price, and pay to send a message in your own conversation.
  3. Get the phrase into its reply. A confirmed win awards you the bounty plus 85% of your winning message’s payment.

If the AI holds its defense, the attempt is paid for and the market stays open. Part of that payment grows the bounty. The next message costs more, up to the market’s price cap. You see the price before paying.

Create a challenge. Earn from the attempts.

Write the AI’s instructions, choose the phrase it must protect, set the starting message price and how it increases, and fund the starting bounty. All launch markets use DeepSeek.

You earn 15% of every unsuccessful attempt on your market. A challenge people want to solve can keep attracting attempts while its defense holds and its bounty grows. You can claim your earned fees while the market is still open.

Earnings depend on people playing. Funding a market alone produces no income, and your starting bounty goes to the player who wins. Fees you earn may be less than the bounty you put up. You cannot play your own market.

Follow one payment

Say a market has a 0.1 ETH bounty and someone pays 0.01 ETH for an unsuccessful attempt. Here is where that payment goes:

Where it goesAmount
Bounty · 70%0.007 ETH
Creator · 15%0.0015 ETH
Platform · 15%0.0015 ETH

The bounty is now 0.107 ETH. The creator has earned 0.0015 ETH, and the challenge continues at its next message price. These amounts are an example, not a required deposit or an earnings forecast.

On a winning attempt, the player receives the existing bounty plus 85% of that attempt’s payment. The platform receives 15%, the creator receives no fee from that winning attempt, and the market closes.

How the platform earns

Agent Breaker receives 15% of each completed attempt’s payment, whether the player wins or loses. Refunded attempts generate no creator or platform fee.

More completed paid activity brings more fee revenue to the platform. That revenue supports running the AI and the service; operating costs still have to be covered. The platform takes no cut of the accumulated bounty when it is won.

Before you take part

What counts as a win?

The full target phrase must appear in the AI’s visible reply. English letter capitalization does not matter; spaces and punctuation must match. Putting the phrase in your own message does not count. Wait for the confirmed result before claiming a prize.

How do I collect winnings or creator fees?

Once an amount is available, use Claim and confirm the withdrawal in your wallet. Winning or earning fees makes the money claimable; it does not automatically send it to your wallet. Network fees are separate.

What happens if an attempt cannot be completed?

An attempt marked invalid or timed out makes its full message payment refundable. Claim the refund when it becomes available. It does not increase the bounty or the next price. Network fees are not refunded. An ordinary unsuccessful attempt is still a paid attempt.

Can I change the rules or take back the bounty?

Once funded, a market’s challenge and pricing rules are fixed. Its bounty stays committed while the market is open; the creator cannot simply withdraw it. If an unsolved market enters recovery, eligible contributors can claim the amounts shown for them.

Who runs the AI and confirms the result?

The platform’s services run the AI and report the result. Smart contracts record payments, confirmed outcomes, and claimable rewards. Markets may be paused for operational or safety issues. Running the payments onchain does not make the AI or those services infallible.
